We are looking for native-level speakers of US English to work recording audio for a big data project.
The recordings should recreate the environment of someone talking in a conference room.
You’ll need to record yourself talking about topics from a list we’ll provide, using a recording platform we’ll provide.
During the recording, you should be 6 feet apart from the microphone and talk while walking around the room, writing on a whiteboard, and typing on a computer, as a person in a meeting would do.
We’ll ask you to record up to 210 minutes of audio split into 3 to 5 parts of 45 to 70 minutes long.
The speech should take at least 85% of the recorded time. For example, in a 70 minutes recording, at least 60 minutes should be actual speaking (no silence or noises).
Each recording audio should have unique content. Avoid repetitive phrases.
Each recording audio should focus on one topic. Avoid mixing topics in one recording.
